ACTIVE NUTRIENTS

  • A second generation product derived from Sacharomyces cerevisiae. Actigen® is a well-published pre-biotic MOS to help support immune defence, gut microbial health, development and function thereby promoting overall health and development. The MOS contained within Actigen® has also been found to improve colostrum quality in broodmares and in so doing reduce foal diarrhea.

  • A rich blend of Nucleotides, Glutamic Acid, Peptides, Amino Acids and Inositol in a highly available and natural yeast base to support the early stages of life as well as ongoing performance of the equine.

  • A fat soluble Vitamin known for its immune stimulating and antioxidant properties. Vitamin E supplementation has been known to enhance the function of the immune system and in so doing reduce the risk of health complications.

  • A trace mineral with a role in preventing cellular oxidisation, Selenium is necessary for normal growth and fertility.

  • Vitamin C or ascorbic acid is a water soluble vitamin that is also well-known for its antioxidant functions. In the equine, Vitamin C may be of assistance in boosting immunity and reducing oxidative stress.

  • In addition to its well-documented antioxidant functions, Zinc is also known to assist in the body’s response to infections and general immune response.
